Pcie gen3 m.2 port read max 1790mb/s

S1 pcie gen3 port i try 3 m.2 nvme disc but max read speed is 1790mb/s
Gen3 support normally 3500mb/s

Is this due to bios restriction?

The hard disk bay version of S1 is PCIe3.0×2.
