New RAM memories are not recognized by TANK 03

Hello everyone.
I bought some new RAM for the Tank 03. When I installed it, the PC did not start, that is, the lights on the Tank 03 turned on, but Windows did not start, not even the BIOS.
The RAM memories are Crucial brand, kit 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5-4800 1.1V CL40. I don't think the two memories are in bad condition, if I bought them new.
I have already tried installing only one RAM, and both in different slots. I don't know if this brand is not compatible with the Tank 03, or if something needs to be configured in the BIOS.
I also tried removing the BIOS battery, disassembling the PC.

We tested the Crucial brand, the kit 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5-4800 1.1V CL40 works normally;

Before replacing the memory module, you must disconnect the power adapter.
1. Use an eraser to gently wipe the metal contact points of the memory module, and use a blower to clean the location of the memory slot.
2. After confirming that the installation is successful, connect the power adapter and turn on the computer. After replacing the new hardware, you need to wait a few minutes for adaptation. If there is still no response, please re-plug and unplug the HDMI interface.

Unfortunately in my case they didn't work, I installed them and waited around 30 minutes for it to recognize them, but they didn't work, the PC just stayed on.
Apparently the RAM is in bad condition. I'll have to get others later.
Thank you very much for confirming that that brand and model of RAM works in the TANK 03.

I just have mine from Acemaig store USA. upgrade the memory ram corsair 32gb two stick and add another ssd card and is doing the same thing. so what is issue and i dont hear any fan and even in the back of the pc its look like is not any power at all.

A question, were you able to resolve the problem? I just bought two new 32GB RAMs, and they don't work.
