Hi,

we have the problem with multiple ACEPC T6 Stick with Windows 10 (1809). We want to set the restore after power loss option, but it keeps the bios settings only until it remains connected to the power supply. After you plugged the power cable/supply it sets bios settings to default. We did even try to factory reset all the bios settings, but its still not working.

Is there any new bios update for it, that solves the problem? Or any other tip for solving this problem?

In total we have 4 sticks (and would buy more) that have this issue.

Does the BIOS restore factory settings every time you turn on the computer? Please describe the problem to us in detail, when is your purchase time?

Bios in fact does reset completly. We did some tests and change more values to check if everything resets.

So what we tried/did:

1) Turned the setting "Auto Power" in BIOS to "Power On"
2) Booted the computer.
3) Turned it off normally (Windows - Shutdown)
4) UnPlugged it from power supply.
5) Plugged in the power supply

Result: Computer boots as it should.

--- Problem:

5) Plugged in the power supply

Result: No automatic boot. The blue led on it quickly turn on and off again. All bios settings we did were resetted. Also others, for example we did set also the Bios Setting "Setup Prompt Timout" to another value and it reset aswell.

- The sticks where bought on 19.06.2020 on amazon.

We would really appreciate using these sticks for our customer setup but without the function (Auto Power) its not useable.

Please provide the BIOS version of the machine, and we will make a BIOS with automatic boot for you.

Sorry, t6 does not support automatic startup settings. If you want to have this function, AK1, GK1, CK1, and other machines are more suitable for you.
