Wrong 12v power supply

Hello,
I mistake one power supply for another, i've hook my t11 to a 12v power supply.
Is it permanently damaged ? or there is a fuse inside ?

Hi, sorry to worry you. Is the machine causing you trouble now, for example, it cannot start...

the machine don't start any more.
the machine is drawing 20w from the wall,
the machine become warmer over time,
but it is not doing anyting and there is no blue (or red) led.
btw: i've try to reset the bios by removing the battery and short the pins for 20 sec. but it didn't help.
