Computer will not wake up from sleep mode

We bought my son this computer. He likes it a lot. When it goes to sleep it will not wake up. We have ensured that the settings allow the keyboard and mouse to wake it up. However, when it goes to sleep, it does not come back on. What can we do? Is there a help line?

It is recommended that you try to use a wired keyboard and mouse to connect and check again whether it is normal;
