Hot to factory reset the Kamuri Mini PC

I have found myself in a situation where I am locked out of the mini pc. When I log in it says the password is incorrect along with my security question answers. I wrote down all the information but the pc has me completely locked out. Hopefully there is a way to factory reset the mini so that I can use it. The model # is AK1PRO.

Windows should Activate on connection to the internet.
If it doesn't, try using the built in troubleshooter.
If it still doesn't Activate, I'd contact barry, a tech for the company, at
barry@minipcunion.com. Just in case they may need to provide a new Windows Product Key, it's likely that he'll ask for you to provide the following information: the place of purchase (Amazon, AceMagic website, etc.) and the order number of the purchase, so it may be a good idea to include that info
in the email, NOT in a reply here. This is to ensure you actually own the unit you're needing a Windows Product Key for (if it comes to that).
