I can't get past the home screen. and when I try to boot in safe mode I get the following screen.
How can I boot into safe mode?

In this case, we recommend you try the following:
1. Restore BIOS settings.
2. Boot using the built-in M.2 SSD.

This is a driver error. Please install a fresh version of windows and install one driver to be sure which one is failing.
