problemi di configurazine

Salve, al primo avvio non riesco ad eseguire il login di microsoft nè mi da la possibilità di configurare il pc offline. Provo ad inserire il mio account di microsoft ma non lo riconosce. Grazie..

Hi, can you be more specific?

Is the problem that you cannot see the input of the email or always the email/password says incorrect?

esatto sono sempre errate, e mi riporta lì anche con la configurazione senza internet
