Hi guys;

I'm running Debian 10 buster on my ACEPC t11 plus, and I noticed a lot of $(DEFAULT_STRING). I believe the ones in SYSTEM INFORMATION are causing bluetooth device misdetection. Do you have any BIOS with DMI correct info?

Though I can't say with 100% certainty, I don't believe there is a BIOS that will show anything different. I believe it shows "Default String" because it can't glean certain particulars of that component. I don't know if this is as a result of the BIOS or the components themselves.

Seems that in some T11 devices there are different DMI_BOARD_VENDOR, DMI_BOARD_NAME, DMI_PRODUCT_SKU than in my T11 plus.

That's an interesting read. I'm not sure if it's strange or not that there can be different components across the same model. I wonder if it's just updated over time, or maybe they buy each component for the board from the lowest priced source, which can change from one day to the next, so to speak.

I know that when I look on my Microsoft account and see the units attached to it, all three of my ACEPCs show "Default String" for the serial number. They do show the correct CPU and RAM, thankfully.
