RAM issues and BIOS update

Hi all,
I have issues with my AM06 with the Ryzen 7 5800U.
I upgraded the RAM with a 64GB Kit but this is unfortunately not 100% stable.
MemTest86 will report an error during the 2nd or 3rd pass.
So I wanted to go one step down in clock speeds from 3200 MHz to 3066 MHz or something like that.
But unfortunately the PC does not boot anymore after I set only the following options to 1533 MHz which should be DDR4-3066 as far as I understand:
In AMD CBS >> UMC Common Options >> DDR4 Common Options >> DRAM Timing Configurator
Overclocking -> Enabled
Memory Clock Speed -> 1533
Everything else I keep at Auto.
I had to reset CMOS and now it is running at the unstable 3200 MHz again.
What do I have to do to successfully set my DRAM frequency manually?
And is there a BIOS update which by any chance could improve RAM stability?
Thanks and best regards
Alex

Please provide details or link to the 64GB (memory kit) you are using; we need to verify compatibility.

In this case, we recommend you try the following:
1. Restore BIOS settings; (After entering the BIOS interface > press F3 to restore default values > press F4 to save the settings and exit.)
2. We currently recommend using Mini PC under the default BIOS (overclocking is not currently supported, which may cause instability or failure to boot.)
3. According to the memory information you provided, we have not tested this memory for the time being. We recommend that you use Yingruida; for example:
Crucial RAM 8GB DDR4 3200MHz CL22 (or 2933MHz or 2666MHz) Laptop Memory CT8G4SFRA32A
TEAMGROUP Elite DDR4 64GB Kit (2 x 32GB) 3200MHz PC4-25600 CL22 (2933MHz or 2666MHz) Unbuffered Non-ECC 1.2V SODIMM 260-Pin Laptop Notebook PC Computer Memory Module Ram Upgrade - TED464G3200C22DC-S01

I am testing Kingston Fury Impact KF432S20IBK2/64 right now.
These have SKhynix chips, the Mushkin had Samsung.
So lets see.
These even have a bit stiffer timings as well.
No errors so far but the test is only running for half an hour.

Unfortunately there again was an error already during the first pass.
Looks like it is not really happy running with 64GB.
I really dislike that there are so few options in the BIOS.
I would like to lower the clock speed of the RAM sticks and/or increase the DRAM voltage to get it stable.
Unfortunately both seems to be impossible with this PC/BIOS.
I am now testing with the original 16GB (2x8GB) sticks to be sure that it is not a general problem with the PC.

Totally stable with the 16GB.
Already 22 passes in Memtest86+ and no errors.
I think I have to buy some other mini pc for my home server use case then.

Or follow what barry has recommended and buy the 64GB RAM that officially works.
