my AMD Ryzen5 5600U suddenly stopped to turn on. no lights at all. all troubleshooting steps didn't help. I contacted what's app number that was on my pc. they said to ship my pc to get a replacement. if anybody knows, please confirm that it is legit way to get a replacement. the warehouse address seems weird to me:

Just to be safe, I would contact either barry or the admin, or both, to be sure the support info you have is correct.
You can PM the admin by going to his profile page (or click on his name (admin) anywhere in the many posts or replies in this forum), then click Send private message. Make sure to give the PM a title in Subject line, then compose your message and click Submit. It will sit in the Outbox until the admin reads it.
With it being Friday, you may not see a reply from either one until Monday, though barry is sometimes on during the weekend.
