Immediately after Posting here, I turned to look at the S1 and it was at the "Choose your language" Win 11 setup screen. I do not know what happened, but it seems fine. I will follow up if there are further issues.
Original Post:
My S1 (1TB) arrived from Acemagic.com today. It will not boot to windows fresh out of the box.
I connected it to a USB Keyboard and Mouse + HDMI to monitor, nothing else. Everything stock. After a few seconds of "Just a moment" it freezes on initial boot. After about a minute I then get a Blue Screen "Critical Process Died". After another minute or so it goes to the Bios screen (Bios Date 08/10/23). I can go between the screens and adjust settings but it will not exit bios to reboot, and the power switch does not completely shut it down. All bios settings are original/no changes.
Unplugging and restarting then gets the Windows Startup Errors screen, but Windows Cannot Fix the startup. Rebooting always gets the same errors.
Ideas? If you have a fresh image I can try that. Please let me know how to proceed.

Re: New S1 No Initial Boot - Update, It Fixed Itself
That's most definitely odd, especially for it to spontaneously work after what it initially did. It's anybody's guess as to what caused it to do that.
I would, just as a troubleshooting step, reseat both the RAM and storage. Make sure the unit is off and everything disconnected before doing so, of course. And when I say 'reseat' I mean to carefully remove the RAM by pushing the spring tab on each side of the module to release it, fully remove the module, then reinsert it. Then press then end of the module down to make sure the spring tab on each side snaps back into place to secure it. Then remove the screw for the NVMe drive, remove the drive, reinsert it, hold the end down and reinstall the screw.
If something on the RAM or storage wasn't quite making full contact, that will hopefully remedy the problem and you won't see it again.

Re: New S1 No Initial Boot - Update, It Fixed Itself
The Problem is strange.
I am concerned this may be related to the S1 LED program virus warning issue.
After Windows Defender's 1st update, Defender Quarantined it on my S1. Detected: Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml
So, LedControl.exe is no longer on the desktop or functional.
Text of the Defender message:
Severe
Detected: Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml
Status: Quarantined
Quarantined files are in a restricted area where they can't harm your device. they will be removed automatically.
Date: 10/27/2023 6:59PM
Details: This program is dangerous and executes commands from the attacker.
Affected items:
file: C:\Users\Public\Desktop\LedControl.lnk
file: C:\Windows\oem\CYX_TftTool\LedControl.exe
