I have a problem with my ck10 windows 11. No connection in lan network. please i need new driver or model network card

Does the network card show as having an issue in the Device Manager?

If you haven't done so already, I'd see if the drivers available here fix the problem. If they don't, you might want to consider trying something like Driver Booster, which barry777, a tech for the company, often recommends for updating drivers.

If none of this helps, I would contact either the seller or barry at barry@minipcunion.com, or contact both.

The Ethernet card used by CK10 is:
Realtek 8821CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC;
You can also use Driver Booster to update the driver, refer to the video:



If the Ethernet port can connect to the network normally but cannot use the LAN connection, this may be related to the router.
