MINI PC NO RECONOCE TECLADO NI MOUSE

No puedo iniciar sesion debido a que el Mini PC no reconoce el teclado ni el mouse, he intentado conectar en todos los puertos USB ambos dispositivos y no los reconoce.

If it's like this right from the start, and you know that the mouse and keyboard definitely work, I'd contact the seller, as there may be something wrong with the unit.

1. Connect the wired keyboard/mouse through the USB interface, and then press the power button;
2. Press and hold the power button to force restart and try to boot again;
3. Change to another wired keyboard/mouse and try again.
