Front USB C not working?

I've had an AM06 Pro for a couple of months, and it has been great.

But I never had a need for the front USB C port until yesterday when I found that it is not working - seems to be completely dead. I plugged several USB flash drives and a couple of phones into it and go no response, neither phones nor drives were recognized and phones would not charge.

Any ideas? Missing drivers? BIOS setting? Something unplugged? Thanks.

I'd check the BIOS - try plugging a flash drive in and turn it on, then see if the BIOS recognises it as a possible boot drive.

I don't know the specific settings in BIOS of the AM06, but other systems have the ability to disable USB ports from the BIOS.

3. Restoring BIOS or updating drivers is ineffective. It is recommended to try reinstalling the system.
