esse link vai para um tópico do fórum e nesse tópico, diz que não é possível fazer o download do arquivo.

Pedrolomba,

If the link isn't working for you, try signing into your Google account, or if you don't have one, create one and then sign into it. Google drive limits the number of times per day a file can be downloaded by non Google accounts, but signing into your account should allow you to download it.
