AMR5 wont turn on
AMR5 wont turn on
I was using it and it turned off and will not turn back on. I replaced power cord, nothing changed. I emailed them 4 times no answer, I called no answer.

I had to get mine out to check, as I don't currently have it connected right now, but there's a tiny hole on the front of the unit, about 1.5cm from the bottom. The hole isn't labeled, but you should be able to see it. In that hole is a reset button. With everything disconnected from the unit, including the power plug, the monitor and all USB devices, take a straightened paper clip or something similar and press and hold the reset button for at least ten seconds. You'll 'feel' little click when you've pressed it in, so you'll know you hit it right. After at least ten seconds of holding it in, release it, reconnect the monitor, your USB devices and the power, and then try turning it on.
Hopefully this 'BIOS discharge', as they call it, will help to get it started again. If it doesn't work, make sure to reply that it's still not working. It may also be a good idea to contact the tech at barry@minipcunion.com, and even the seller. This way you have your bases covered with getting help.

1. Make sure the power adapter is not defective
2. Is the electricity connected?
3. Tried the reset button but nothing?
4. Have you replaced the memory stick and hard disk?

I would think twice before buying this computer from amazon, what a scam. They do not respond EVER! so warranty no good

Sorry you're having trouble, have you tried PMing Barry directly? He's the lead tech support person. I've always found the team to be supportive when I've had issues.

If the admin hasn't reached out to you, I'd PM him the info. Click on 'admin' in his post, then 'send private message'.
That he hasn't reached out to you is likely an oversight and not deliberate.
Edit: As fuelrod suggested, reaching out to barry777 again at barry@minipcunion.com may also be a good idea. Additionally, if you haven't already done so, it may be a good idea to contact the seller at Amazon about the issue. Just to cover all of your bases, so to speak.
