Browsers won't load websites

What happens is that after i've been browsing for awhile and usually have 2-4 tabs open all of a sudden i can't open any web pages even if i open a different browser. My wifi is still connected and everything seems fine, but the only way to open anything with the browsers is to restart the computer. I have 16gb of ram with this little pc (AD03). Any help would be appreciated. Thx

1. Are you sure it is the original factory system?
2. You can use the built-in memory detection tool of the system to detect: directly search for [Memory] in the search box of the taskbar, and then restart to enter the detection. If the detection is a memory failure, it is a hardware problem;
3. If the above steps are invalid, please send the fault video to
