Note the message at the bottom of the post. You have to be signed into your Google account to download the files.

The only reason I can see that happening is that Google Drive is not seeing you as signed in. Both links are working without issue. There are no other links.

The only thing I can suggest is contacting barry, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com, but chances are he's just going to give you the same link. If one link doesn't work for you on Google Drive, then no links are going to work. I recommend figuring out why it's not seeing you as signed in. Are you using a VPN? If so, maybe that's causing an issue.
