solution
Unable to connect to the wired network, please troubleshoot according to the following methods.
1. Check network settings
If the computer is connected to the network cable, and a yellow exclamation mark or a disconnected icon appears on the network icon in the lower right corner, it means that the network settings are incorrect. Please check whether the network property is configured to obtain IP automatically. View the automatic IP acquisition operation as follows:
A. Enter Control Panel in the taskbar search box and open it.
B. Click Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings in turn, click the Ethernet icon , select Properties , and double-click to open Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) in Ethernet Properties.
C. Click to select Obtain an IP address automatically in the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties dialog box, and then click the OK button below.
D. After automatically obtaining the IP, observe whether the network is back to normal. If it still fails, please proceed to the next step of investigation.
2. Check the network environment
Please connect the network cable under the current network environment to other computers to confirm whether the Internet can be accessed normally.
·If other computers can’t access the Internet, please reset the network environment: power off the router and home optical modem and restart, or try to connect the network cable on the router side to another LAN port of the router. If it is invalid, please replace the network cable or contact the network operator for consultation.
·If other computers can access the Internet, please try after changing the network port. If it still fails, please proceed to the next step.
If the above methods do not solve your problem, please make a data backup and reinstall the computer system.
If it is invalid, please contact Amazon store customer service.
