USB plugging causes PC to power down issue
The front USB lacks ESD components, which will cause the machine to power off due to static electricity. You can restart it to see if it still occurs. In addition, you can plug in the rear USB ports, which will not cause power off. Generally, after restarting, plugging in USB again will not cut off the power. Sorry about the problem to the users, and we are trying to solve it soon.

Does this static electricity issue affect other models or is it exclusive to the AM06?
