No response no power up?!

I have only gad this Ck10 gor 21 days and now it won't even power on.

Any ideas?

Dre,

On the same side of the unit as the power button, there should be a reset button. It might say 'Reset' or just have an 'R'. It also may be the kind for which you need to use a paper clip. With all things unplugged from the unit, including the power adapter, press and hold that reset button for at least ten seconds, then release it. Then reconnect everything, including the power adapter, and see if it powers up.

You can always contact our after-sales team if resetting doesn't solve it. Our products have a warranty and after-sales service.
