T11 RS232 Serial Port

Hi
I'm running Linux on a T11 but would like a proper serial console that the kernel can use during boot. Looking at the dmesg log, it appears that it has an onboard serial UART
There are 4 pads in one corner (see pic) - does anyone know what they are?
Thanks in advance

Does anyone know if there are any pads on the MB to access the UART so I can add a header to connect a TTL to RS232 module?00:01: ttyS0 at I/O 0x3f8 (irq = 4, base_baud = 115200) is a 16550A
