Unrecognized after installing 2.5-inch hard disk

Here take T11 as an example
1. 1. Check whether the hard disk is in good contact. It is recommended to reinstall the hard disk to ensure that the hard disk is in good contact.

2. The new hard disk needs to be partitioned. Consult the customer for a new / old hard disk.
A. Right-click to start-Disk Management

B. Use Disk Tool "PartitionGuru" to Partition the Hard Disk

3. Used hard drives are not recognized
A.To troubleshoot hard disk damage, it is recommended to try a normal hard disk to see if the identification is normal.
B. If it cannot be identified, open the disk tool “PartitionGuru” and detect the hard disk repartitioning (see the above three pictures), and the PC can recognize (or reassign the drive letter). If the normal hard disk software cannot be detected, the PC function is bad (after-sales process)

It is common sense that new hard disks need to be partitioned. :idea:
