Hello,

Trying to Microsoft Remote Desktop to connect to my AK1, but it sticks at negotiating credentials. I have turned the firewall off and allowed remote desktop connections. Both computers are on the same VLAN and neither is tied to a domain. I verified the account username and password.

Any suggestions?
