My Wintel Pro was working fine, but now it will not turn on. When plugged in, the LED is red. If I hold the power button, the LED flashes blue, but won't stay on and the PC doesn't boot up.
I checked and the power source has 5V, so it's not an issue with low voltage.
What should I do?

Same issue for me on a T6.

Updated a drive for my usb wired NIC then rebooted and the stick will no longer turn on. I emailed service@iacepc.com

If the indicator is also bright red, you can get in touch with the after-sales mailbox. If you can't enter the system, you can reinstall the system to solve it. Continue to contact me to let us know your problem more clearly.

Same issue LED start BLU, but nothing signal on HDMI, led go to RED for 5 secs and return to BLUE for 10 secs and RED 5 secs...
Nothing signal on HDMI.

Same issue for me on T6.
After power on BLUE led, after 10 secs RED led, after 5 secs BLUE led, after 10 secs RED led, and go ahead with this mode.
HDMI without signal.

This problem can be solved, you can try the method on the picture: PS:We do not recommend that you disassemble the machine, because the machine cannot be reinstalled after it is disassembled due to design reasons. If there is no reset button, then you can contact our after-sales mailbox.

we tried to apply the procedure but it did not solved the issue. our version is Picture 3

even if we press the reset button then when we leave it the led is blue for some seconds but then turns to red...then blue again...then red again...just like a loop

what can we do?
