How to disable update

1. Open the service, Win key + R open to run, enter: Services.msc
2. Find Windows update, double-click to open
3. Stop update operation and disable update; switch to Recovery option, change the second failure status to Take No Action, and restart days to 999 days (ie 999/365 days = 3.8 years)
