I need really quick help!
Yesterday on 7/28/2020, i updated my ACEPC AK1 Model with Intel (R) Celeron (R) CPU J3455 @1.50 GHz / RAM 6GB / x64 processor with the latest windows 10 version. Before that update, everything was running smoothly. Since then however, i have had tons of issues starting with the audio service that completely stopped working, the windows update error encountered messages for further updates to limited activities when i try to click on certain icons and else. See also my 4 attachments So i reached out today to Microsoft customer service and Intel customer service. Both were not able to fix this issue. The Microsoft customer service representative (technical engineering) suggested me to reach out to the manufacturer (so you from ACEPC) to ask for the audio driver that i can download and install to fix at least the issue with the audio service. Any other help is more than welcomed.
Best,
Oliver
