AK1 Add new SSD in sata slot and BIOS boot is now unstable

Hi,
I recently installed a 120g SSD into the sata slot of AK1 and installed your Windows image onto it using your instructions, and it boots OK the first 2 or 3 times, but then BIOS forgets boot order and wants to boot to UEFI terminal. If I change back to booting the SSD, it boots OK for a while, but then goes back to UEFI terminal.
If I take out SSD, and set BIOS to boot to EMMC it works perfect every time. I have tested the SSD in other PC's and it is fine.
Could it be unstable connection between the case holding the SSD and the main case?
Is there BIOS update available or will that break windows activation?
Anything else I can do, because 32gig EMMC is too small for Windows.
Thanks.
