I've seen a few people post comments about how the RGB settings don't persist through a reboot. Are there plans to fix this?

This issue can't be solved right now, and we currently have some internal people who say it should be solved, so it's a high priority, and I'll follow up on the progress of their discussions.

Do you know if the APIs to do this will be released to the public?

How do i change the colors? Can I change the power button independently? Can I turn on and off the LED on the power button?
Have you tried the app yet? It does control the power button and other colours, but it doesn't let you do too much. Basically, you have four options:
On/Off - turns off all lights except for the power dial
Breathing - all lights are the same (matching the power dial), pulses the lights off to on.
Cycle - matches the power dial's colour, cycling between the sides, top, front.
Rainbow - the default, it shows multiple colours, cycling through them at the same time.
I hope there's an update with more customization.

In your reply, you said that the app controls the power button lights, but i dont see where you can change the color of it nor turn the led on the power button off.
You can't. Neither of those options are available in the software, or at least not at this point.

Hello. any updates? I dont like this RGB lightning and there is no abillity to disable it permanently. Or maybe you have some linux utility for this?
