The format of the USB flash drive is incorrect, and the OS system files are incomplete. Lack of files causes the USB flash drive to fail to install the system.
Countermeasure
Contact customer service to provide a screenshot of the U disk format, a screenshot of the file in the U disk directory, and a screenshot of the file size to confirm whether it is correct (as shown in the figureļ¼

Countermeasure
Use the following methods to query the hard disk. If the SSD hard disk is damaged, the SSD needs to be replaced, and the EMMC hard disk is damaged, and the after-sales process is required.
Check the hard disk method:
When booting, press the F7 key of the keyboard to enter the BooT Device interface and choose to boot from the U disk (UEFI:........Partition 1)
When entering the cmd interface, unplug the U disk, and prompt x:\windows\system32,
Enter the command diskpart and enter list disk (note that there is a space in the middle) to see the hard disk,
