We have a GK1 purchased a couple weeks ago that won't activate Windows 10. Tried re-installing windows 10 from microsoft download. Tried one of the images found on your website still getting the same error.

Error is:
Windows reported that no product key was found on your device. Error code: 0xC004F213

Machine is connected to internet. Bios shows it is set to UEFI boot, I was assuming the product key should be in the BIOS but can't verify it is there.

Win10_1909_Pro:

Downloaded the image and installed it but still no windows Activation. Tried using some tools to find the key in the BIOS but couldn't find anything.

With it giving you this error code it's as if the product key, which is normally stored in the BIOS, just isn't there. I have a feeling that, no matter how many times you reinstall Windows 10, and no matter from what source, whether Microsoft of ACEPC, the system is not going to activate.

It wouldn't surprise me if ACEPC is going to have to either give you a valid Windows 10 Pro product key or replace the unit.

It's really too bad, too, as the GK1 is a great unit. It's what I have. I hope you get a solution soon.

The machine will be activated automatically about 10 minutes after being connected to the Internet, or you can turn on the settings and activate it yourself. If this method does not work, we will give Iprint a new KEY.

Sorry still won't activate says, We weren't able to activate windows on this device. You can activate this device by going to windows store and purchasing a genuine copy of windows.
