IntelPTTEKRecertification consuming 45 % of CPU constantly it drags everything down, I have to kill it with "Task Manager".
How can I unistall this Inel nightemare programme ?

You can try to install the 1909 system. There is currently no solution to this problem. I hope it will be solved perfectly in the 2004 system.
