Wi-Fi is not enabled on device

Verify the wireless connection is enabled
In Windows, you must first verify that the wireless connection is enabled. To do so, go to Start. Then put network connection in the Search text field and select View network connections from the drop-down menu.

Now, you are required to make sure if your internet connection is working; it can be verified by connecting a different device such as another smartphone, laptop, tablet. It's simple to conclude that the problem is with the computer if the Internet connection works on another device.
If the Internet connection does not operate on any device, there could be a problem with the modem, router, or ISP (Internet service provider). If you are having difficulties with your Internet connection, contact your Internet Service Provider's technical support team for assistance.
Reset modem and router
It is not unusual for a network router, cable modem, or DSL modem to face issues that become a reason to prevent internet connection with one or more devices. If you are not sure if this is the problem, you can test it by unplugging the router and modem from the wall. After disconnecting the power successfully, reconnect the power after 10-15 seconds. Because reconnecting your modem and router to the internet can take several minutes, wait before testing your Internet connection on your computer. Disable firewalls
It's possible that having multiple software firewalls installed on your computer will cause issues with your network connection. If you're not sure if this is a problem, try briefly disabling any firewalls on the computer. Disabling the Firewall that comes with security programs maybe help you out to resolve this problem.
Restore Windows to an earlier copy
If Wi-Fi has worked in the past, you can try restoring Windows to an earlier copy with Microsoft Windows. Bad software or settings, in some cases, may become a reason to generate issues with Wi-Fi adapter, which led to prevent accessing the Internet connection.
