Hi,
I was testing some bios configurations and accidentally changed the operational system to Android.
After system reboot I faced a black screen (no hdmi signal) and could not access BIOS anymore to restore the defaults.
I removed the battery and put it back after a few minutes but did not work.
Is there a way to fix this problem? Maybe update/restore BIOS using an usb drive?
Thank you

Re: W5 Pro black screen (no HDMI signal)
Press and hold the DEL key at startup, wait 15 seconds, press the F3 key first, then press the F4 key. See if the display is normal.

Re: W5 Pro black screen (no HDMI signal)
The display is working now.
I followed admin steps but I have to press Enter after F4 and F3. So:
"Press and hold the DEL key at startup, wait 15 seconds, press the F3 key first and hit Enter, then press the F4 key and hit Enter. See if the display is normal."
Thank you very much

Re: W5 Pro black screen (no HDMI signal)
Check if the HDMI cable is in good contact (re-plug and unplug to confirm that the HDMI is in good communication); replace the HDMI cable and try (use the built-in HDMI cable). Check whether the display is switched to HDMI display (VGA, HDMI, DP switch signal source is HDMI); change a show to see if there is any display (exclude 1. Make sure the collection is ok, 2. Signal compatibility issues). The BIOS self-test is not completed and cannot be reset and booted. Please refer to the BIOS discharge tutorial

Re: W5 Pro black screen (no HDMI signal)
It didn't work to hold DEL for 15 seconds, release DEL, press F3, release F3 and press ENTER, press F4, release F4 and press ENTER. Did not work.
The LED alternates between red and blue, with an interval of approximately 6s.
It doesn't BOOT. Inert screen. HDMI cable well fixed. Other HDMI inputs tested.
I plugged in a wired keyboard, but it doesn't seem to work F2, F3 (...)
The W5 PRO has 2 weeks of use. It was normal, with just a few windows updates pending installation. When trying to connect today it did not work, it is only with the LED flashing between red and blue.
Can someone help me please?

Re: W5 Pro black screen (no HDMI signal)
I follow the boot tutorial in the latest message from the administrator (images). However, it remains the same. Do not restart the boot. There is no signal sent to the monitor. The led flashes alternately in blue and red at intervals of 6 to 7 seconds. See the video I recorded on youtube.
I didn't find any other way to reset the system on this support blog.

After the discharge, the red and blue lights still flash, indicating a problem with the motherboard, and it can only be repaired at present. Please contact our after-sales mailbox: service@iacepc.com
