CPU fan spins only if temperature reaches 80

Hi All,

I am using GK3V Mini PC. I have noticed that CPU fan spins only if temperature reaches to 80 otherwise it is in idle mode. What’s the issue. Also it’s not detected in Speedfan app. How do I make CPU Fan always on mode?. What voltage is required to Spin CPU Fan for this model 5V or 9V. Can any one help me on this issue?.
