No Wifi nor Ethernet Connection

I have used this for few months and all of sudden it can’t connect to Internet. It seems the networking card is not working.

• I have tried to factory reset the operating system and it doesn’t fix the issue.

• There is no driver issue from Device manager

It also stuck in Bios screen every time restart and need to wait 15 min then manually reboot to go into Windows. But that’s is minor issue comparing to missing networking.

Any expert in house to help?
