Hi My name is Roger and I am retired. I now live in France but formerly was an electrical contractor in the UK but also did lots of funny things, small electronic projects, alarm systems, taught electrical safety, and other things as well some still I suppose on the secrets lists. Before that I was an electrical engineer for Quality Control for the USAF and then taught electrical and electronics for a UK company and then an engineer for several companies. The computer is for domestic use but has not after all this time migrated to where it should be. MS had problems with the software as it was designed for laptops and the software did not clear all things properly, this is now fixed on an update I gather, but contact MS if you have a problem with Mic or fan running too much, this is a windows problem that ACEPC could not have foreseen although I guess they now know how to deal with it. I have obviously built all my own machines up until this one for many years but no way could I compete with this bit of kit. Our use, well a lot of skype, and communicating due to the Bat flu.
Do keep safe, riding a motorbike is a good way of keeping safe and getting around, I have 2 one a 1950 BSA C11 and a 1996 Yamaha 535 virago!
