HDMI output is very jumpy

My device is Mini PC Windows 10 Pro OS(64 Bits) of WINTEL PRO If the HDMI output is very jumpy,who can tell me how to solve it?

There are several solutions：
1. Try to plug the HDMI cable again and to confirm that the HDMI contact is good.
2. Replace the HDMI cable and make sure the HDMI cable is OK.
3. If it still flashes, try changing another display.
