Bought to replace gigantic desktop, especially now that utility costs are rising

I know I can add an SSD / hdd to increase storage.
Not taken box apart

Is it possible to upgrade either:
RAM say to 8Gb
ROM is this soldered or removable ?

The memory in the T11 isn't upgradable. It's a permanent part of the system board.
