DC port not working?

So i don't know what happened but when i tried to connect to the DC port of my ACEPC AK1 mini PC, it just does a short red blink and when i try to press and hold the power button it doesn't turn on? Please help, i really don't know what to do. Do i just get a new one, or where do I go to get this fixed?

See if a BIOS discharge helps. If it doesn't, I'd contact support at service@iacepc.com.
