ACEPC T6 - no video output (sometimes)

Hello,
I got an ACEPC T6 a couple on months ago.
BIOS date version is 08/26/2019.
When I turn on the device, sometimes (quite often) I get no video output... the device is working (I see that lights on the keyboard are working) but I get no video signal since boot (even bios information aren't shown); I have to keep power button pressed to turn off the device and try again...
I tried to change cable and monitor but problem still occurs.
What now?

Hold down the reset button for a few seconds to clean coms, you need to look for flat objects to do this.

the display is restored; awaiting for the other version of the BIOS to solve the problem.

Error message returned After BIOS update. After machine reset I cannot turn It on ANYMORE. No BIOS messages, no video output, no keyboard lights.

Just flashed the BIOS. Need to power off and then power on again, wait for 3 minutes, after the BIOS matching is completed, you can boot.

I waited much longer than 3 minutes. It does not work.
