MINI PC MODEL T11

Good morning, I just recently received from banggood a mini pc model τ11 in which I wanted to put a hard drive, I made a setting in BIOS and since then the computer does not start at all. Can you help me?

The T11 isn't designed to use an add on drive, like an HDD, as a system drive. If this is what you were trying to do, I would change back to the Windows Boot Manager of the onboard storage being the first boot device in the BIOS and only use the add on HDD as additional storage.
