Hi,
I own 2x GK3V and 1x AK1. On both of my GK3V I am unable to access my router via https://192.168.1.1
Which is very weird, because from my AK1 and my office laptop I have to problem to access my router.
1st GK3V is connected via LAN cable (close to the router)
2nd GK3V is connected via Wifi 5Ghz
AK1 is connected via Wifi 2.4Ghz
Office laptop is connected via Wifi 5Ghz
I'm normally using Firefox browser, but I also tried it with Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer and Chrome. Always same result.
I tried to google for this issue, and it seems that several people face a similar problem with various computers.
Does anyone know what is the problem and how to fix it?
Thanks a lot & best regards
Matt

Re: GK3V cannot access to my router page
Hi Simone,
thanks for your swift response, very much appreciated.
I checked, and also via http the router is not accessible from both GK3V.
As for the tracert, it came out with the following result:
I am running a fresh Windows 10 home (21H1) on both GK3V, and installed the missing GK3V drivers afterwards from the "Gemini Lake_GK1_Driver" archive which is available here in the forum, which is mainly missing some Intel chipset drivers.
What is packet level filter? May that comes from Kaspersky Internet Security?
But I also deactivated KIS for testing purposes to access the router, it didn't helped.
I'm using KIS on all of my computers, so probably KIS is not the issue (but I might be wrong).
