MINI PC - GK3V. Failed to boot after update, cannot reinstall windows.

Hi,

We purchased a GK3V model on April 26th(from Amazon), and was working great until a windows update performed. After which it would only load up the BIOS.

I followed related posts and determined I needed to try to reinstall Windows. I followed the tutorial video on how to do this properly. I believe the hard drive is no longer functional. I've attached the results from the attempted install.

dderby87,

It certainly does look like there's an issue with the storage, but only a rep can say for sure. You should contact ACEPC's after sales support at service@iacepec.com.
