I have a fairly new GK3V and it crashes at random times. The screen goes black and cannot be pinged or VNC but the power light is still on. No errors are found in event log just the shutdown one when i pull power cable.

I have reinstalled windows 10 with all latest drivers and updates. Also installed windows on a 2nd HDD and still problem occurs.

Anyone had anything similar.

I have the same problem. On task manager the memory is showing 96%

I suggest contacting after sales support at service@iacepc.com.

If it is a blue screen restart, the system still exists after reinstalling the system. This may be a DDR problem. It is recommended to contact after-sales service
