AK2 fan replacement

Hi
i'm looking to find out if there is a fan + heatsink replacement available for the ACEPC AK2
i've had my AK2 for about 6, maybe 8 months as my main media pc connected to my TV, it's been working great and is always on, but in the last couple of weeks it would seem the bearings on the fan have seized up (or the lubricant has all but evaporated), as whenever the fan spins up, it now makes a horrendous noise.
i'm a qualified PC technician, with many years experience, so was happy to pull the machine apart and check for fluff, or debris potentially causing the noise, but after a thorough cleaning, it hasn't made a jot of difference.
is a replacement fan + heatsink assembly available under warranty? if not, is there a replacement fan + heatsink replacement kit available for purchase, or an alternative passive heatsink available elsewhere on the market that would fit.
i'm not putting massive amounts of pressure on the machine, it's mainly used for streaming services, but within minutes of starting to watch something, the fan is spinning up and down every couple of minutes, very noisily and is quite distracting when you're trying to watch a show. (unfortunately i dont have the option of turning the volume up loud enough to drown it out, as i have a small child sleeping in the room above)
i would quite happily remove the fan, but have obvious concerns that i would then not be cooling the CPU effectively enough with just the heatsink. also, considering it's only 6-ish months old, i wouldn't want to invalidate the warranty (although i potentially already have by taking it apart to clean).
the other option i guess would be some kind of fan speed control software, which i could use to set the fan at a continuous slow speed, which would then relieve the noise to a lower level whilst continuously cooling the machine, without the constant spinning up and down. (which isn't the preferred solution but would at least be an improvement and not quite as risky as completely removing the fan)
thanks
