ACEPC AK1 bios that reboots infinitely and can't escape from this.

Hello, since this afternoon the pc restarted suddenly and then went into the bios. Since then, it has been impossible to leave the bios even by restarting the PC or anything else. Unfortunately I know very little about software.
My pc version is 2.18.1263

If you're still stuck in the BIOS and you can't get out of it through the Save & Exit section, you can likely shut down the unit by pressing and holding the power button in for at least five or six seconds. If it does not shut down, your only other option is pulling the power.
I would then first try a BIOS discharge. The instructional video is below...
If this doesn't help, I would then try reinstalling the system, which you can find
here. The system installation instruction video is also there.

Try to reinstall the system. If the installation fails, you need to contact the after-sales service to replace the SSD

The link is working. Try clearing your browser cache or even rebooting your modem.
