Hi All

So I have a GK3V, only a few months old and it now will only boot to the Bios.

Done an F7 startup and it appears not to register the HDD.

Please advise how I can get this resolved.

I would see if you can reinstall the system on the drive. If it fails, there may very well be a problem with the drive itself. At that point I would contact ACEPC after sales support at service@iacepc.com.
