Hi those far more technically capable than me, and ACEPC support people.
I switched our new T11 on this afternoon, and have spent the last 5 hours going round in circles unable to login to the computer, as I'm blocked by "defaultuser0" user at the login screen.
I've gone through a lot of the fixes online, and they aren't available on the T11 for some reason?
- There is no "reset" system option when holding down shift, clicking power icon bottom right and going through troubleshoot. This seems to be standard for Windows 10 so I'm quite confused. There is only the option for
- I have tried using admin account, with safe mode through troubleshoot also, but when I select the option of launching safe mode with command prompt, nothing happens and the PC launches as normal just significantly slower and more laggy.
I've tried password cracker software, but they all try and charge $25-45 activation after luring with a "free" download button. I'm not going to pay $25-45 for a device I've just received today and would rather send it back.
What else can I do to get this bloody thing up and running, and rid of defaultuser0? I've attached pictures here.
